As Program Director you will plan, implement, and provide direction and oversight for various programs or projects that are client-centered and focused on improving community health outcomes. You will assist in the development, and support of a dynamic staff, focused on delivering a range of client-centered activities aimed at achieving viral suppression and zero transmission. You will coordinate multiple components of the African American AIDS Response Act Grant (AAARA), including Prevention/Intervention Services, Prevention to Care navigation services, PrEP Services, and One Stop Shop services for medical and essential support services. Your goal, Program Coordinator, is to ensure that scopes of work are accomplished, clients are provided with quality services and the agency overall mission is achieved. In this role you will help implement program services that help clients gain access to comprehensive care, treatment, and essential supportive services; prevent disease transmission and delay the progression of HIV. The Program Director will contribute to the success of South Side Help Center by lending a hand when needed, demonstrating leadership, paying attention to details, adapting to change, and thinking of your role as a part of the larger SSHC team rather than exclusive.
