Description:

Postdoctoral Scholar position is available immediately. Applicants for this position should have completed a PhD or MD/PhD in biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, materials science and engineering, chemistry, biology, or related field with a concentration in biomaterials, lab on a chip, microfluidics, tissue engineering, or stem cell biology. Experiences in cardiovascular biology is preferred but not necessary. A highly motivated candidate is sought with a strong academic and publication record and the ability to work independently. Good written and verbal communication skills are critical to design and perform experiments, analyze data, and communicate results in reports and scientific publications. Applicants are expected to integrate into a multidisciplinary nanostructured and tissue regeneration group and manage highly interdisciplinary research projects as a part of team.
