Bear Creek Services is actively hiring an experienced senior management professional to take on the Executive Director role for its team in Rochester, MN.
The Executive Director is the key management leader of Bear Creek Services, Inc. and is responsible for the successful operations of the administration, programs, and strategic plan of the organization. This role reports directly to the Board of Directors and provides leadership to the company in the areas of fundraising, marketing, and community outreach.
Bear Creek Services is a non-profit organization that provides services and person-centered programs to individuals with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries.

Job Duties:
- Work with the Board and staff to ensure the mission, vision, and values are fulfilled through programs, strategic planning, and community outreach
- Develop resources and talent sufficient to ensure high quality programs
- Build and maintain working relationships with all stakeholders of the agency
- Actively build professional network by participating in and representing Bear Creek Services at networking and community events
- Oversee the creation of an annual budget, monthly financial statements, and financial direction to support the agency’s mission and strategic goals
- Lead, coach, develop, and retain a person-centered driven senior management team
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field; master’s degree, preferred
- Valid Minnesota driver’s license, required
- 5+ years of senior management experience, required
- Experience with fundraising and financial management, required
- Non-profit experience, preferred
