We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team to provide administrative support to our HR leadership team and coordinate the onboarding, training and offboarding processes. Our new HR Administrative Coordinator will report to our HR Manager and manage the following key functions:
Onboarding and Orientation:
- Prepare offer letters, coordinate background and motor vehicle checks for new hires
- Coordinate new hire paperwork and administer with onboarding processes.
- Prepare orientation materials and coordinate the new employee orientation sessions.
- Making job offers conducting reference checks, motor vehicle and CORI checks.
Compliance and Training:
- Schedule and monitor CPR training.
Employee Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files.
Technology
· Provision new employees with laptops and cell phones, ensuring connectively and syncing
· Respond to and resolve employee and manager computer, phone and computer issues
Benefits Administration:
- Assist with benefits enrollment and changes for employees.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits programs.
General Administrative Support:
- Assist in interview scheduling, communicating with candidates and managers, distributing recruitment material, attending job fairs and school visits, and other recruitment initiatives
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate HR staff.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for HR team members.
- Assist with filing, scanning, photocopying, and other administrative tasks
What You Bring to the Table:
- A serious interest in a career in HR
- BS HR or related field preferred
- Previous experience in an office environment helpful
- Good with technology; syncing phone to laptop, troubleshooting computer access issues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to learn payroll, and HRIS software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A reliable ensured vehicle, good driving record and valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.50 per hour
