The Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, City University of New York is seeking applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor faculty position in Marketing in the Allen G. Aaronson Department of Marketing and International Business, starting Fall 2025.We are interested in candidates whose research focuses on consumer behaviorand are interested in teaching in one or more of the following areas: marketing foundations, consumer behavior, marketing strategy, digital marketing, marketing research, advertising, and marketing communications. Tenure-track faculty members are expected to engage in (a) high quality research for publication in top journals;(b)teachingandguidancedutiesinarea(s)ofexpertise; and (c)service activities anddepartment assignments.

The largest accredited collegiate school of business in the United States, Baruch College's Zicklin School of Business has earned a national and international reputation for excellence. It offers nationally ranked undergraduate, part-time and full-time MBA programs, specialized masters degrees, and doctoral programs. The Allen G. Aaronson Department of Marketing and International Business offers undergraduate and graduate majors and minors in Marketing and International Business, with specialized tracks in Marketing, International Business, Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Advertising, and a PhD in Marketing. It also provides courses for an MS in Business Analytics and the MBA program. QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must either have or expect completion of a Ph.D. in Marketing or related fields. We are particularly interested in candidates whose research focuses on consumer behavior. Applicants should be able to develop and teach courses inone or more of the following areas: marketing foundations, consumer behavior, marketing strategy, digital marketing, marketing research, advertising, and marketing communications.

COMPENSATION

Salary Range: $140,000 – $162,000; commensurate with qualifications and experience.
