We are looking for a Senior Facilities Project Manager in San Diego,CA .
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for managing the development and redevelopment of branch and administrative office space, soliciting bids and contracts for facility services and other budget related duties.
- Responsible for independently designing, implementing and evaluating construction project progress.
- Responsible for all Bank facilities in designated areas by overseeing maintenance and maintenance contracts, evaluates and resolves emergencies and problems while interacting with management, personnel, vendors and landlords.
- This position is responsible for ensuring that all Bank facilities in designated areas are maintained to highest possible standards with minimum supervision.
- Responsible for managing certain construction and maintenance projects from implementation of design to project close out.
- Responsible for being the business owner of certain departmental service providers, including negotiations, contracting and oversight and budget related duties.
- Requires operating a motor vehicle and maintaining a valid driver's license with an good driving record.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent in business or related field experience.
- A qualified candidate should have 6 + years' working knowledge of bank facility maintenance and construction practices as well as project management experience.
- Requires working knowledge of building systems, contracts and legal agreements.
- Knowledge and understanding to ensure compliance with required insurance and obtaining proper permits as well as keeping appropriate records and files.
- Must have good communication, decision making, planning and customer service skills.
- Ability to work with management, developers and vendors to meet deadlines and keep projects on target.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $103,000 - $120,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
