This temporary position will assist with performing wet-lab work associated with a bumblee bee project. The individual will work alongside the PostDoc completing RNA extractions, quantifications and qPCR.

- Relevant hands-on laboratory experience (>300 hours).
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in molecular biology or biotechnology.

- Molecular biology skills including DNA/RNA isolation and quantification, qPCR, lib preparation
- Ability to analyze data and prepare summaries
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Excellent organizational skills with a good attention to detail
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Accurate record keeping skills

- Bachelor’s degree with a major in molecular biology or biotechnology.
