- Manage coordination of all Health and Wellness Benefits, Worker's Compensation, FMLA, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, PSERS, 403B
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- May Assist with recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Conduct employee orientation and facilitate onboarding process
- Oversee performance management system to ensure fair and effective evaluation of employees
- Administer employee benefits programs, including Medicare, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Handle employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes
-Helps monitor: ACT 48, PDE, ASL proficiency requirements
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Familiarity with HR systems and Medical Plans
- Strong understanding of Medicare and HIPAA regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
-Degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus

Pay: $41,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
