The Norm Brodsky College of Business at Rider University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in the Department of Information Systems, Analytics and Supply Chain Management beginning Fall 2025. The department is looking for candidates who will teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels and have expertise in Business Analytics, Technology Management, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, and/or related subject matter. The responsibilities would include teaching, research, and service.

• Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field. ABDs with a clearly identified plan to complete their Ph.D. before the start date will also be considered.
• Previous teaching and/or research experience in the fields of artificial intelligence, machine learning, business intelligence, predictive modeling, human-computer interactions, user experience, database management, systems administration, or application development is required.
• Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required. 

• Continuous research activity and collaboration in information systems and/ or business analytics is expected. 
• Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration is preferred. 
• Experience in programming languages is strongly preferred. 
• Experience with information systems and/or business analytics in healthcare and/or sports settings is a plus.
